Gear List for Hiking and Camping in the Snow

Clothing
Note: All clothing must be wool, silk, polypropylene, pile, or a fabric with similar properties. Cotton is no good for outdoor winter wear. It will suck your body heat when wet. No one will be allowed to hike without adequate clothing. This list serves as a guideline and not all items may be needed. Plan on getting wet so bring two sets of clothing and one shell.
